Out of the Pickle Jar...
Oh yeah, Mr. Michael and myself started a married people's blog. I plan on keeping this one as well so feel free to check out the new addition....
Favorite world wide web page...
Today I was introduced to this awesome website called Stumble Upon.com (click here to go to it) my my sister-in-law, Lara. I'm pretty sure it's the coolest website ever. It takes all your interests and such and directs you to websites and pages you may like. Well my favorite I have stumbled upon so far is this little beauty. http://craftgawker.com/popular/favorites/ It is awesome! Full of hours and hours of crafts and ideas for holidays, birthdays, home decor, and more... I've found my first two projects I'm going to begin crafting. So stay tuned for my awesome unveiling of my first project and how it turns out. OH how I love a good craft!!!

Today I'm wearing PINK!
Each year for the past several years (more than is pictured) on the Saturday before Mother's Day I participate in the Susan G. Komen 5k Race for the Cure in downtown Salt Lake City. Yup, that's right, I run for boobies. It's the only place where you can make as many boob references as you want and no one is offended, no one gets upset, and no one thinks you are being inappropriate. Anywho... this year since I wasn't able to attend, I'm wearing pink. That's right, me, Jenny. I am wearing pink.
Thanks from the bottom of my heart to everyone who supports research for breast cancer. To all the women and men who are fighting breast cancer, keep it up and kick it in the can! You are strong and inspiring to those around you. Although I don't know almost all of you, you inspire me and help give me desire to be better. To my mom, you are awesome, I love you, and you are one of my guiding lights.. Keep it up, and thanks for sharing these awesome Saturdays at the race with me each and every year.

a few things...
ok a few things......
Right now I am listening to the entire Toy Story soundtrack, it could quite possible be the best soundtrack I have ever had. It's right up there with Pocahontas, hard to beat I know, but so so true.
In 18 days I am going to get married... It's weird and kinda freaking me out. Don't know why I haven't freaked out before now, but freak out moment is now.
And thirdly, I'm trying to decide which of my plethora of things to do, so I decided to write this short blog.
And fourth... I'm getting married in a teen amount of days! Am I really ready for this?

Thought of the day...
Thought of the day.
I wish I had one of these.... just like old times.

So I could put in mine and Michael's soon to be apartment. It would feel like 10 or 12 years ago. Not to mention I would get awesome hair. Something along these lines.... but much older of course.

Amy and I used to have inflatable chairs. They were fun. I'm not sure if they were more fun or equal to fun of our bean bag chairs, banana chairs, or the old couch with the huge hole in it, but they were fun. As with anything they had their pros and cons...
Pros:
* Bright and colorful. Who doesn't like opaque?
* What kid doesn't want to spend an hour blowing up their furniture?
* Cool concept.
* Bouncy is cool to any 10 year old.
* They came with a fancy removable head rest.
* #1 PRO = SIMPLY AWESOME!!
Cons are:
* Adam jumped all over them, causing them to get holes, causing contention, causing an upset mother.
* Couldn't sit all that close to the fireplace. Plastic and fire don't go well together I guess.
* Holes seemed to be problem and we only had packing tape to fix it.
* Took up tons and tons of room.
* Wearing shorts and sitting on an inflatable chair = uncomfortable leg stickage.
* They were really big so when you sat in it, you sat alone and far away from the person next to you. In my case, really far from Amy.
They made for a great present and are just another reason why Momma Linda are Poppa Ed are the coolest parents ever. I loved mine, and really wish it were still around. All the good toys always break, but that's life I guess.

I think the words of Amy sum it up nicely...
"Let's be honest - they were like a dream come true, just like our doodle bears."
Doodle bears..... those were the days.
