Today I finally got to one of my to-do's that has been a to do for a while. I'm grateful for that feeling of accomplishing something that you really want to do, but never seem to get it done.
I had a lamp that I wanted to spray paint navy blue to match the awesome lamp shade Amy found for me for on $3.47 (or something like that) Katie, Michael's mom, had sent out a lamp stand when Lara came back to school. I liked it but didn't really know where to put it and whatnot. So, I gave it a makeover. Today I am grateful for the the cuteness factor that can be caused by just a little bit of navy blue spray paint. It turned out pretty cute and I'm now on the prowl for another lamp stand and lamp shade to do this fun little project. I got the idea from the adorable Driscoll family, love them!
